Slate & Tile Re-Roofing
A comprehensive pitched roof replacement service, from structural timber assessment to final handover. We use high-quality slate, tile, and modern insulation techniques to deliver a secure, durable roof.
Why Choose a Dormer Conversion?
Many lofts have a sloping ceiling that makes much of the floor area impossible to use. A dormer pushes the roof out to create vertical walls and a flat ceiling, so you gain full standing height and room for proper furniture, storage and stairs.
Dormers can be built on the rear, side or, where permitted, the front of a property, and they allow for larger windows with plenty of natural light. They suit most terraced, semi-detached and detached houses, and they are often the best balance between added space and project complexity.
Specialist Pitched Roof Installations
We begin with a thorough, survey-led approach, identifying the exact condition of your roof to determine whether a repair is sufficient or if a full replacement is the most cost-effective long-term solution.
From selecting the right natural slate or interlocking tile to the final installation of breathable membranes and lead flashings, our experienced team ensures clear communication and high standards at every stage. Prestige Awards winner – Roofing Company of the Year, Essex.
